There is age requirement of 19+ for participants.
Medical Health Declaration Form to be completed and sent back ahead of course start date.

Day 1:
Time: 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Objective: Welcome to your first day of drone operations training! Today, we will focus on the fundamentals of drone safety and operation. Along with a Health and Wellbeing assessment.Activities:
Safety First: We will begin by covering the essential do's and don'ts of drone operation to ensure everyone's safety.
Get to Know Your Tools: Training on the use of the FRZ/CRZ app, which monitors flight restriction zones and provides live airspace updates.
Pre-Flight Checks: A guided session on conducting pre-flight checks on your drone, including verifying its Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTOM).
Mastering the Controls: Hands-on practice with drone controls, focusing on manual take-off and maneuvering.
Battery Basics: Instructions on the safe management and transportation of LiPo batteries.
Materials: FRZ/CRZ app, instructional booklet, drones, LiPo batteries.
Day 2:
Morning:
Objective: Deepen your understanding of weather, flight planning, and risk assessment.
Activities:
Weather Wisdom: Learn how weather conditions impact drone flights and how to interpret meteorological data.
Flight Planning: Guided instruction on planning safe and efficient drone flights, considering weather conditions and flight routes.
Spot the Risks: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and minimize risks during drone operations.
Brush-Up Session: Review key concepts from Day 1 to ensure comprehension and retention.
Afternoon:
Objective: Assess your knowledge through an examination.
Activities:
Exam Time: Participate in an open-book exam covering A1 and A3 categories of drone flying regulations.
Flyer's ID: Learn the process of obtaining your flyer's identification, an essential document for drone operators.
Materials: Exam papers, study materials.
Day 3:
Objective: Apply your theoretical knowledge through practical flight exercises.
Activities:
Recap and Revise: Refresh your memory on pre-flight procedures before proceeding to the flight area.
Flight Time: Demonstrate your flight skills under the guidance of our instructors, applying everything you've learned.
Materials: Drones, flight area.
